Shalonda grew up in Rochester, NY. She has been devoted to the childcare field for over 20 years. Shalonda continues to find ways to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. As the Preschool/Daycare Director at Northstar, she values open communication and a true partnership with our families.
Shalonda is an active member of her church where she has served in the kids’ ministry, children's ministry, and the marriage ministry. She believes in leading by example through the integration of faith in daily actions, tone, and character.
Shalonda has been married for over 20 years and has 3 amazing kids!
She enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She likes to watch movies and read books. She also loves a relaxing vacation!
